Maybe you could compromise on how many bedrooms you’d like to have in a home. Are the additional bedrooms to accommodate occasional friends and family visits? Nothing wrong with a sofa bed in the lounge for your guests, es-pecially if it means you could buy a home that fits everything else on your wish list!
Need more than one bathroom? This can be the perfect compromise on two bedroomed properties. Usually, two bedroomed homes come with one bathro-om. Don’t immediately discard a property if it does only have one bathroom, especially if there’s room to add another one on in the future.
Changing your search criteria slightly will help with your Spanish property search. You’d be surprised at how many homes you could be missing out on!
