Support and donations needed by A Helping Hand

A Helping Hand Food Bank is a charity that helps provide food, clothing and essential hygiene goods to a number of families in need in the local area. Every week, they provide a basic food parcel to a number of families to ensure they have basic supplies.
This week, items needed are:
BASIC FOOD PARCEL ITEMS
Rice
Pasta
Tuna
Milk
Toilet paper
Sardines
Tuna
Soup mix
Stock cubes (caldo)
Magdalenas (cupcakes)
Bread.
Tomato frito
Tinned tomatos
Lentils/white beans/garbanzos
Biscuits
Cereal
Cheese (triangles or slices)
Ham
Chorizo
Hotdogs
Yoghurts
Juice boxes
OTHER ITEMS
Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, soap, deodorant, razors, tampons, pads.
Coffee, salt, sugar, oil, hot chocolate, washing detergent, washing up liquid.
BABY ITEMS
Nappies, baby milk, wipes, baby food
CHILDREN’S CLOTHING URGENTLY REQUIRED
Organisers said this week, “We urgently need food and clothing to keep going. We need to help our 210 regular families as well as the Ukrainian families we now support.
